Returns and Exchanges
Use our returns portal to return an item for a refund or exchange - simply enter your order details (above) and follow the instructions to process your request. Returns are free* using Evri or Collect+ drop-off services.We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that it's returned unused and in its original packaging (you can of course open the packaging to get a feel of the product) and in saleable condition. Our policy is separate to The Consumer Rights Act which entitles you to initiate a return within 14 days.
Enter your order details (email and order no.) in the relevant fields
— select the item(s) and reason for your return (for either a refund or exchange)
— submit your return; you will receive an email confirming your return information along with a pre-paid returns label (please get in touch if your return is in multiple packages and you require more than one label).
Returns are free* - there is no charge for the pre-paid label (*within the UK)
— premium delivery charges paid (e.g. expedited service) are non-refundable
— please note, our returns policy also applies to international orders, although you'll need to cover the cost of return postage
You will receive your returns information via email. You have the option to print the label yourself, or print-in-store using a barcode provided on the email.
— print (at home, or using in-store print service) and affix your pre-paid label to your return package.
— ensure your return is properly packaged to avoid any damage in transit; your return must fit into one package/box (please get in touch if your return is in multiple packages and you require more than one label).
— simply drop your return off at a local Collect+ or Evri drop-off point (depending on which return service you have chosen) - find your closest Collect+ drop-off location here, and your closest Evri drop-off location here. Please retain a copy of your postage receipt.
We will notify you once your return is received, and once it has been inspected and processed for a refund or exchange (usually within 48 hours of being received). Please get in touch if you have any questions.
