Delivery and Returns
COVID-19: We continue to follow government guidelines, and will update this page with any changes (updated: Mar 2)
- Dispatches are mostly running on-time, though please allow up-to two working days for your dispatch.
- Deliveries are running as usual. Allow 3-7 working days for standard delivery, with next-day delivery times mostly running as normal. During these times, courier services will be delivering contact-free to keep both you and the delivery driver safe.
- Orders to the EU are currently experiencing delays due to measures at cross-border crossings. Please allow an additional 5 working days for dispatch/delivery on all international orders.
We offer free delivery* within the UK^. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before 3 p.m. (Mon - Fri). Orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday, unless Saturday service is chosen. Orders placed on weekends and Public/Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following business day. Please note: international orders may incur import tax/duty fee upon receipt. This is beyond our control, and we are unable to pay these charges.
ReturnsWe believe our products should meet, and even exceed you expectations - no less. We offer a 60 day money-back promise on your order, should you wish to return any items. The returned item(s) must be ‘as-new’ - i.e. unused, in its original packaging (you can of course open the packaging to get a feel of the product) and in saleable condition.

• The return and the costs associated are the responsibility of the customer, unless an item was faulty or incorrect in which case we will provide a pre-paid returns label for faulty items - please note that we cannot reimburse return postage costs incurred.
• Refunds will be issued once we have processed the return. Please ensure the return is securely packaged, and we recommend using a tracked/insured service and retain proof of postage.
• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment card/method. Please allow up-to 3 days for your return to be processed once the return has been received.
Cancellations: if you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We are only able to cancel an order before it has been packed and processed. If your order has been packed, you must await receipt of the order and then process a return.
