delivery in the UK is free on orders over £60. We have a range of delivery options available for your convenience.

Delivery is free on orders over £60 (within the UK), and from £2.79 for orders below £60. Standard delivery is dispatched via Evri, and we offer DPD next-day service for an additional £1.79.

We dispatch orders Mon - Fri, and aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before 3p.m. Orders placed over the weekend and on public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Absolutely! We'll let you know once your order is on its way. The courier will also keep you informed with specific delivery information — DPD provide you with a one-hour delivery window, and Evri usually provide a two-hour delivery window.

Sure — simply leave an order note at checkout with specifics and we'll pass this on the to courier. Once in transit, you'll have some options (such as leave with a neighbour or safe place) by following instructions on the courier's tracking link.

Yes we do — you can use the 'delivery estimate' calculator on your basket page for a price and time estimate. We dispatch using a tracked service and use a range of couriers for international deliveries. Please note: a contact number is required for all international orders.

Yes you can! We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All that we ask is that it's returned unused and in its original packaging (you can of course open the packaging to get a feel of the product) and in saleable condition.

Our policy is separate to The Consumer Rights Act which entitles you to initiate a return within 14 days.

Yes — our returns are completely free within 30 days of purchase if you're in the UK using Collect+ or Evri drop-off service. For international orders, you'll need to cover the cost of the return.

We're going paperless with our returns, though you may wish to include a returns form in your return.

Yes – when using our return portal, you will have the option to return an item for an exchange and select the exchange item.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your return to be processed for a refund/exchange once we have received it back.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, and usually take 3-5 working days to appear in your account (depending on your bank and card issuer).

A defect that's arisen due to a manufacturing or craftsmanship fault; wear-and-tear or misuse is not covered.
