Delivery and Returns

COVID-19:  We continue to follow government guidelines, and will update this page with any changes (updated: September 7)

- Our dispatches are currently running on-time, and most orders are currently being dispatched within the usual timeframe (see dispatch and delivery details below).

During these times, courier services will be delivering contact-free to keep both you and the delivery driver safe. You also have the option to leave your delivery in a safe place - this can be done by leaving an order note, and/or by requesting this via your tracking link from the courier. Please allow a little longer than usual for standard delivery times (next-day delivery times are running as normal).

We offer free delivery* within the UK^. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before 3 p.m. (Mon - Fri). Orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday, unless Saturday service is chosen. Orders placed on weekends and Public/Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following business day. Please see table below for our delivery options available.

We use Hermes and DPD for our deliveries. DPD provide you with a one-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery, and Hermes provide a two-hour window - so no more waiting in all day!

Deliveries to the regions listed below - R.O.I, Highlands, Channel Islands and Isles - are sent using a 3-5 day service. Please make sure to choose Non-Mainland at checkout to avoid delays.

Please note: international orders may incur import tax/duty fee upon receipt. This is beyond our control, and we are unable to pay these charges.


We believe our products should meet, and even exceed you expectations - no less. We offer a 60 day money-back promise on your order, should you wish to return any items. The returned item(s) must be ‘as-new’ - i.e. unused, in its original packaging (you can of course open the packaging to get a feel of the product) and in saleable condition.

How it works:
(1) click the link above to process a return
(2) enter your order number (only the digits), and email address used for order
(3) select the item(s) you wish to return, and select a reason
(4) once submitted, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions.
(•) be sure to include a returns form with your return - this can be downloaded here.


Please note:

• The return and the costs associated are the responsibility of the customer, unless an item was faulty or incorrect in which case we will provide a pre-paid returns label for faulty items - please note that we cannot reimburse return postage costs incurred.
• Refunds will be issued once we have processed the return. Please ensure the return is securely packaged, and we recommend using a tracked/insured service and retain proof of postage. 
• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment card/method. Please allow up-to 3 days for your return to be processed once the return has been received.


Exchanges: we currently only offer exchanges for a different variant (i.e. different size or tog) of the same product. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please follow the returns process to request a refund, and place a new order for the desired product(s).

Cancellations: if you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We are only able to cancel an order before it has been packed and processed. If your order has been packed, you must await receipt of the order and then process a return
