I've never had a silk duvet before so was interested to try it. I find that it drapes around the body more than a down duvet, which gives it a quite different feel. I personally like it. Another point I should.make is that it slides about inside the duvet cover more than a 'normal' duvet would.

I totally love my new silk duvet (9 tog). It's incredibly lightweight but super cosy at the same time. And with no feathers or down, it's non-allergenic too, which has made a big difference. I'll be back to buy the summer-weight version soon.

We bought this for Mum who is 90 and she has not stopped praising the warmth and lightness of this duvet. She was first impressed with quality of the bag it came in telling us “if they take that much trouble with the storage bag then it is bound to be a good quality.”

It’s gorgeously soft and has a lovely weight to it. It’s keeping me nice and warm without the uncomfortable hotness.
