The indoor plants can do more than injecting greenery into our homes. They are able to cleanse the indoor air, thanks to their air-purifying properties. The potted plants help eliminate toxic pollutants from the air. It's not just a thought. There are studies that have proven this benefit of indoor plants. In 1989, the space agency NASA, teamed up with the US government to carry out a study. They were able to demonstrate under laboratory conditions that the indoor plants are able to reduce the air pollutants in a household for example benzene, formaldehyde, ammonia and xylene. NASA recommends putting at least one plant per hundred square feet in a household.

Besides these scientific and logical benefits, the house plants also boost your mood, enhance creativity and reduce anxiety. Now, who wouldn't like that? These benefits would be very advantageous if the plants are placed in your bedroom. You will want to keep the stress away before you dive into your bed.

5 — Chinese money plant

Chinese Money plant is also called “Pancake Plant” or “Spaceship Plant”. It is gaining popularity quickly  because of its low maintenance. It can go perfectly on your bedside table.
